I called to make a return. Every single phone number I was given was either busy or hung up, except for one that had a robot answer and got stuck at a certain point, just kept repeating over and over the same verbage.

My order
I tried to order an item and not only did they overcharge me, but they also billed me two additional times altogether, totalling $200 for something that was just supposed to cost me $30. Then, when I tried to message them, they gave no response and won't return phone calls either.
I'm about to press charges for fraudulent use of my credit card. Go somewhere else and buy your items because they're thieves.

Never received order, tracking number no information
I placed an order on January 15, 2025, and was told I would receive the product in 7 to 10 business days. It is now February 7, 2025, and I have not received the order.
I have called your customer service number many times at 888-806-**** and can't get through to anyone. There is a message saying due to the holiday, you are busy, but the holidays have been over for a while.
After holding for approximately 9 minutes, the call goes to voicemail to leave my phone number and email address, which I have done 3 times now and still no one is getting back to me. Please provide further information about where my order is or provide a full refund.
